Why do you teach about Patriotism?

Now a government is like everything else: to preserve it we must love it... Everything, therefore, depends on establishing this love in a republic; and to inspire it ought to be the principal business of education.

- Thomas Jefferson

US Flag

We are fortunate and grateful to live in the United States of America. As Thomas Jefferson aptly stated, preserving our government requires a genuine love and understanding of it, which should be instilled through education.

At our school, we aim to cultivate this appreciation for America's greatness in our students. In today's society, the importance of patriotism and love for our country is often overlooked. When young people aren't taught to value their country, they may struggle to grasp the significance of freedom and its preservation.

Ronald Reagan has cautioned, “Freedom is never more than one generation away from extinction.”

At White House Academy, we strive to foster a sense of patriotism and appreciation for freedom among our students, shaping them into proud and responsible American citizens. If you share our love for America and its values, we welcome you to join our community.
