Continuing Enrollment at White House Academy

 

 

Step 1: Complete the Form

Fill out the required Registration Form using the link provided below.

Step 2: Upload Documents:

Once the form is saved, upload the completed registration form along with your student's Immunization Records (or a valid exemption form).

Step 3: Acceptance and Final Paperwork

Pay Fees: After your documents are successfully submitted, you will receive a confirmation email with clear instructions on how to pay the required registration fees.
